1. Definitions

• "Client" or "You" refers to any person or entity using our services.
• "Services" refers to all transport, logistics, warehousing, and related services provided by the Company.
• "Goods" or "Cargo" refers to the items or materials being transported.

2. Service Agreement

By booking a shipment or using our services, you enter into a service agreement with SARA Transport Agency. The terms of each specific shipment (routes, pricing, timelines) will be communicated at the time of booking and form part of this agreement.

3. Booking & Payments

• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website contact form.
• A booking is confirmed only after acceptance by SARA Transport Agency and receipt of any required advance payment.
• Payment terms (advance, partial, or full) will be communicated at the time of booking.
• All prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, route changes, and other operational factors.
• Late payments may attract additional charges as communicated in the invoice.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the cargo, including type, weight, dimensions, and value.
• Ensure proper packaging of goods before handover to prevent damage during transit.
• Declare any hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items before booking.
• Ensure that pickup and delivery locations are accessible for our vehicles.
• Be available or have an authorized representative present during pickup and delivery.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

SARA Transport Agency reserves the right to refuse transport of:

• Illegal, contraband, or smuggled goods
• Explosives, firearms, and ammunition
• Hazardous chemicals and flammable substances (unless with prior arrangement and proper permits)
• Perishable goods without appropriate packaging
• Any goods prohibited by applicable laws and regulations

6. Delivery Timelines

While we strive to deliver all shipments within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions and natural disasters
• Road conditions, traffic, and route disruptions
• Government regulations, strikes, or curfews
• Unforeseen mechanical breakdowns
• Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client

SARA Transport Agency shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability & Insurance

• SARA Transport Agency takes reasonable care in handling and transporting your goods.
• Our liability for loss or damage during transit is limited as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
• We strongly recommend clients obtain adequate insurance coverage for high-value goods.
• Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence and relevant documentation.
• The Company shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper packaging by the client.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
• Once the goods are in transit, cancellation requests will be subject to applicable charges for the distance already covered.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SARA Transport Agency, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Inaccurate or misleading information provided by you
• Transport of undisclosed hazardous or prohibited goods
• Any violation of applicable laws related to the goods being transported

10. Force Majeure

SARA Transport Agency shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SARA Transport Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable district.

13. Modifications

SARA Transport Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
